This study analyzes the role of the YouTube channel "Curhat Bang" by Denny Sumargo in encouraging legal responses in Indonesia through the episode "Makin Panas, Korban Circus Bawa Bukti Penisikan Torture. Dimana Bapak Frans Manansang?". Using a qualitative approach and Robert Entman's framing analysis, this study describes how messages and narratives are shaped through four main dimensions. The results show that Denny Sumargo frames the issue of human rights violations against former circus workers as a humanitarian and social justice issue neglected by the legal system. The framing he constructs is moral and advocative, fostering public empathy and social pressure on legal institutions. The virality of the content demonstrates the relevance of Agenda Setting theory, where social media not only influences the public agenda but also drives formal institutional responses. This study confirms YouTube's role as a digital public justice arena that strengthens social advocacy and legal accountability in the new media era.
