Mass communication is a process of communicators use media to spread messages widely. This is the theoretical basis for using Instagram as a mass media aS tool for preaching. This study aimed to determine the interest of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting students in carrying out da'wah by using Instagram. This study used survey method. The population of this study was 52 Islamic Communication and Broadcasting students. The sample of this study was 10 people that have done da'wah by using Instagram or by a percentage of 19.2% of the 52 people. This study used primary and secondary data. The data were collected by using obeservation and questionnair. This study used quantitative analysis and were processed by using the SPSS version 22.0. The results of the study show that the interest of Islamic communication and broadcasting students in conducting da'wah using Instagram is very high. The increasing interest of Islamic communication and broadcasting students in conducting da'wah by using Instagram, namely at the time of observation, only 10 students had done da'wah by using Instagram or a percentage of 19.2% and the results of the SPSS version 22.0 Islamic communication and broadcasting students' interest in conducting da'wah by using Instagram increased to 51.8%..
