TRANSFORMASI EKONOMI PESANTREN MELALUI SANTRIPRENEURSHIP: MENCETAK WIRAUSAHA RELIGIUS INOVATIF

Santripreneurship merupakan salah satu bentuk pendekatan strategis dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi santri sekaligus memperkuat peran pesantren sebagai pusat pemberdayaan masyarakat. Implementasi program ini dilaksanakan melalui penguatan karakter, penanaman pola pikir kewirausahaan, serta penguasaan keterampilan dasar yang meliputi perencanaan bisnis, pemasaran kreatif, dan manajemen usaha. Strategi tersebut diperkuat dengan pembelajaran berbasis praktik, keteladanan dari pengasuh pesantren, serta penyediaan handbook santripreneurship sebagai panduan berkesinambungan. Temuan kajian menunjukkan bahwa santripreneurship mampu memberikan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang relevan, serta mendukung terbentuknya ekosistem kewirausahaan yang mampu mendorong kemandirian pesantren dan santri. Keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan program santripreneur sangat ditentukan adanya sinergi dan kolaborasi berbagai pihak, khususnya antara pesantren, masyarakat, dan pemerintah dalam mengoptimalkan potensi lokal serta memperluas jejaring usaha. Dengan demikian, santripreneurship memiliki nilai strategis dalam membangun santri yang mandiri, inovatif, dan berdaya saing, sekaligus memperkuat kontribusi pesantren terhadap pembangunan sosial-ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal, regional maupun global.
