Jurnal AVICENNA

Jurnal AVICENNA is owned and published by the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The publisher provides the institutional, technical, and administrative framework necessary for the operation of the journal.

Academic management is carried out by the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editors, and the Editorial Board. Editorial roles and affiliations are publicly disclosed on the Editorial Team page.

Editorial decisions are independent of institutional leadership, sponsors, advertisers, author payment status, and other commercial or administrative interests. Decisions are based on scientific value, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, ethics, and peer review evidence.

The publisher supports sustainability, OJS infrastructure, metadata and publication services, administrative governance, policy implementation, archival preservation, and appropriate responses to legal or integrity issues.

Article Processing Charges are separated from scientific peer review and editorial decisions. Payment does not guarantee acceptance, a positive review, priority, authorship, citation, or guaranteed publication.

The journal openly discloses information regarding the publisher, editorial team, fees, contact information, peer review process, publication ethics, licensing, and governance policies.
