PENGARUH MOBILISASI DINI TERHADAP TINGKAT NYERI PADA PASIEN POST CAESARE DI RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA BENGKULU
Abstract
Delivery via caesarean section is one of the delivery procedures to expel the baby through the abdomen/laparotomy and uterus/hysterotomy. Even though there is a risk of complications, sometimes a caesarean section is the best way to maintain the safety of the mother and deliver the fetus safely. By using early mobilization therapy, which is one part of Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS), early mobilization therapy can improve the quality of care for post-cesarean section patients, which is useful for improving functional status and speeding up the healing of abdominal wounds. Pain management in patients post caesarean section surgery can be done using pharmacological therapy and non-pharmacological therapy. This type of research uses quantitative research with a quasi-experiment method approach using one group pre-test and post-test methods with a sample size of 15 respondents. The results of the previous study showed that before giving mobilization therapy and intervention, 15 respondents experienced moderate pain and after giving the intervention, 15 respondents experienced mild pain. The results of bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained a p value of 0.000 < 0.005, which shows the influence of early mobilization therapy in post-caesarean section surgery patients. Based on the use of early mobilization therapy as an intervention in post- cesarean section patients with pain problems.
