Abstract
Hypertension is a persistent increase in blood pressure with the criteria of cystollic blood pressure above 140 mmHg and diastole blood pressure above 90 mmHg and can cause disturbances in the blood vessels of the whole body, studied by giving isometric handgrip therapy on a handgrip dynamometer. To determine the effectiveness of isotonic exercise with handgrip on blood pressure of hypertensive patients in the working area of the Jalan Gedang Health Center, Bengkulu City in 2023.
