Pengalaman Keluarga Merawat Pasien Tb Mdr Yang Berhasil Dalam Pengobatan Di Rsud Dr. M.Yunus Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

The incidence of MDR TB in Indonesia has increased every year. In 2012 in Indonesia there were 696 cases of MDR TB, in 2013 it increased to 1,094 cases, then in 2014 there were 1,752 cases and in 2015 in Indonesia there were 1,860 confirmed cases of MDR TB, 15,380 suspected cases of MDR TB and 1,566 cases that had been treated (Ministry of Health RI , 2016), based on data in RS. M.Yunus, Bengkulu City, obtained data on patients who successfully recovered from their treatment, data from 2019 to 2023 there were 23 patients. The purpose of this study was to find out the family experiences of mdr TB patients who were successful in treatment. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive phenomenological study approach. The number of informants in this study were 7 informants obtained by purposive sampling. Based on the results of interviews with 7 informants, there were 5 thematic frameworks, namely description before MDR TB treatment, description of side effects of MDR TB drugs, MDR TB drugs, initial description of MDR TB, family experience.
