Abstract

The cardiovascular system is related to the heart and veins. Diseases of the heart and veins are significant medical conditions. Hypertension is a condition where the systolic pulse is > 140 mmHg and the diastolic is > 90 mmHg. The reason for conducting this review is to determine the differences in the viability of old-style murattal music therapy and murattal music on the pulse of hypertension sufferers in Bengkulu City. This exam strategy is quantitative with a semi-trial plan with pre-test and post-test plans for two groups. The inspection method used was purposive inspecting, the number of tests was 30. The inspection tools used were a sphygmomanometer, perception sheet, music player and headset. Information investigation was carried out univariate and bivariate by using t-test. The degree of certainty is (0.05). The results showed that there was a decrease in systolic and diastolic pulses when given mediation treatment of old style music with normal systolic from 145.93 mmHg to 128.13 mmHg. , while the diastolic pulse was 85.73 mmHg to 80.07 mmHg, and the typical systolic circulation strain of murattal intercession was 146.07 mmHg to 136.07 mmHg, while the diastolic circulation strain was 87.20 mmHg to 83.33 mmHg. The results of the free t-test measurement obtained a p-value of 0.003 systolic and 0.004 diastolic, which means that there is a difference in the viability of the treatment of old-style and murattal music on blood circulation tension in PSTW Bengkulu.
