Abstract

Lack of education or providing information to the public about the COVID-19 vaccine, which makes people still doubtful and some even don't want to vaccinate against COVID-19. The viability of the vaccine, the risk of using it, the phases of giving the vaccine, and the process for administering the vaccine to the community are only a few of the factors that must be taken into account during vaccination activities. Vaccination is one method that can be used to stop the spread of Covid 19. With a quasi-experimental design and samples of 30 respondents, the study's aim was to ascertain the impact of education regarding the COVID-19 vaccine on the level of community awareness in Belalau 1 Village. Data from the pre- and post-test were gathered using surveys. Wilcoxon test-based bivariate analysis. The pre- and post-test findings showed a p value of 0.000, indicating a significant relationship between the level of public knowledge and the availability of information regarding the COVID-19 vaccination.
