Abstract

Heart failure is a condition of the heart that cannot perform its function where the systolic and diastolic systems do not work adequately. The purpose of the study was to determine the decrease in the Fatigue Scale for heart failure patients in the Work Area of ​​Jalan Gedang Bengkulu Health Center with warm ginger foot soak therapy. The study was conducted with a 'quasi-experimental' design with a pretest and posttest and without a controlled design. The study population was 76 respondents with heart failure in the working area of ​​Jalan Gedan Bengkulu Health Center with a target of 15 samples. The data will be analyzed using the T-dependent test. The results showed that reducing the Fatigue Scale for heart failure patients in the Jalan Gedang Bengkulu Health Center working area with warm ginger foot soak therapy was very effective with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Suggestion, to intervene related to hot ginger foot therapy in reducing Fatigue Scale in heart failure patients.
