Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kecemasan Pada Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik Yang Menjalankan Hemodialisa Saat Pandemi Covid-19 Di RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

PProblems that can arise from hemodialysis are anxiety which is influenced by several factors such as age, knowledge, environment, duration of hemodialysis and family support. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence anxiety in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis during the COVID-19 pandemic at Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative cross-sectional with a sample of 54 people and using a purposive sampling technique. The measuring variable used a questionnaire containing questions and statements on the Gutman scale and the Likert scale. The study found that there is an influence between patient knowledge and family support with anxiety where the significance level of p-values ​​is 0.026 and 0.000, respectively (p<0.05). So it can be concluded that the factors that influence the anxiety of CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis during the covid-19 pandemic are knowledge and family support. It is hoped that future researchers will conduct further research on improving understanding of procedures, symptoms and the importance of morning exercise for hemodialysis patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.
