DETERMINING ERP SUCCESS IN ORGANIZATIONS IN INDONESIA: TESTING AN INTEGRATIVE MODEL OF LEADERSHIP, INNOVATION, AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE

Tingkat kegagalan implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) yang masih tinggi menuntut evaluasi mendalam mengenai aspek non-teknis, khususnya kepemimpinan dan dinamika organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji mekanisme moderated mediation yang menghubungkan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan keberhasilan implementasi ERP, menempatkan perilaku inovatif karyawan sebagai mediator dan budaya organisasi sebagai moderator. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan dari 310 karyawan profesional di Indonesia yang telah menggunakan sistem ERP minimal satu tahun. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam memicu perilaku inovatif. Temuan paling krusial menunjukkan bahwa perilaku inovatif merupakan determinan paling dominan (β=0.592) dalam memprediksi keberhasilan ERP, mengungguli faktor lainnya. Selain itu, budaya organisasi terbukti memoderasi hubungan tersebut, di mana budaya yang adaptif berfungsi sebagai katalisator yang memperkuat dampak kepemimpinan terhadap inovasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kesuksesan transformasi digital memerlukan pergeseran paradigma dari pendekatan techno-centric menuju human-centric, di mana pemimpin visioner dan budaya suportif menjadi prasyarat mutlak bagi adaptasi teknologi.
