PERFORMANCE OF SCHOOL EMPLOYEES AT SMAN 2 CADET BHAYANGKARA EAST JAVA
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin, kompetensi, dan kreativitas terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening di SMAN 2 Taruna Bhayangkara, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Squares (WarpPLS 8.0) berdasarkan data dari 107 responden yang terdiri dari guru, staf administrasi, dan pengawas polisi. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa disiplin dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan kreativitas tidak. Disiplin dan kompetensi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kreativitas tidak menunjukkan pengaruh langsung. Lebih lanjut, kepuasan kerja secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara disiplin dan kompetensi dengan kinerja, tetapi tidak memediasi pengaruh kreativitas terhadap kinerja. Dengan demikian, kompetensi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kepuasan kerja memperkuat pengaruh disiplin dan kompetensi. Penelitian ini menyiratkan pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi, penegakan disiplin yang ketat, dan mekanisme inovasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan.
