Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah

Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, di antaranya adalah Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi yang di isi oleh 43 orang responden.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa COO dan PQ memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan nilai t hitung (26.773) > nilai t tabel (1.684) dan nilai t sig (0,000) < α (0,05) pada variabel Motivasi Kerja, pada variabel Lingkungan Kerja nilai t hitung ( 8.823 ) > nilai t tabel (1.684) dan nilai t sig (0,000) < α (0,05) dengan nilai f nilai Fhitung sebesar 395.456 > F tabel (3.24) dan nilai signifikansi F sig (0,000) < α (0,05). Hal ini berarti menegaskan bahwa Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja merupakan faktor utama yang saling melengkapi dalam menciptakan kepuasan kerja yang optimal. Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah sebesar 0,952 atau 95,2%
