WORK MOTIVATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT EFFECT ON EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION AT THE COMMUNITY AND VILLAGE EMPOWERMENT OFFICE OF CENTRAL BENGKULU REGENCY

Employee Job Satisfaction can be influenced by various factors, including Work Motivation and Work Environment. This study aims to determine the influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment on employee job satisfaction at the Central Bengkulu Regency Community and Village Empowerment Office both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative research method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations filled out by 43 respondents. The results showed that COO and PQ had a positive and significant influence partially or simultaneously on employee job satisfaction with a t-value (26,773) > a t-value of the table (1,684) and a t-value of a sig (0.000) < α (0.05) on the Work Motivation variable, on the Work Environment variable t-value calculated (8,823) > t-value table (1,684) and t-value sig (0.000) < α (0.05) with an f value of Fcalculate value of 395,456 > F table (3.24) and significance value F sig (0.000) < α (0.05). This means emphasizing that Work Motivation and Work Environment are the main factors that complement each other in creating optimal job satisfaction. The Effect of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Community and Village Empowerment Office of Central Bengkulu Regency was 0.952 or 95.2%.
