Abstract

Family Planning (KB) is a government program to limit population by preventing pregnancy, births that can delay pregnancy, and desired distance of children to regulate rate of population growth. There are various ways or methods of using family planning for men, including condoms, vasectomy, as well as natural family planning involving men/husbands with interrupted copulation methods and periodic abstinence methods (BKKBN, 2010). The purpose of the study is to determine correlation between level of knowledge, attitudes, and socioculture on the use of family planning methods on men in the Work Area of the Kerkap Public Health Center, Bengkulu Utara Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a "Cross sectional" research design with an observational approach. The sample in this study amounted to 60 people, of which 30 were male users of the vasectomy and condom family planning methods.
