The research design is qualitative with a phenomenological method. Collecting data by interviews and observations. Based on the results of interviews with informants, 4 themes were obtained that explained the research problem. The themes obtained are based on parents' experiences in managing self-awareness in their children who are addicted to gadgets in the working area of the Bentiring Community Health Center, Bengkulu City. The themes obtained are (1) use of gadgets in everyday life, (2) characteristics of gadget dependence (3) strategies to optimize gadget use, and (4) strategies to reduce gadget dependence.Conclusion, management of parental self-awareness towards children who are addicted to gadgets in the working area of the Betungan Health Center, Bengkulu City, namely by providing supervision to children when playing with gadgets and giving children time limits so that they do not overdo it and directing them to educational websites that can be used by children. . Pancreatic cell dysfunction and insulin resistance are also contributing causes of DM. The risk factors that cause it can be classified into two categories, which are modifiable and non-modifiable. The purpose of the study was to determine the blood sugar levels of patients suffering from type 2 DM. Quantitative research with quasy experimental design, pre-test and post-test design was used in this study. The study involved 15 respondents. The results of the study showed that the administration of noni juice affects the decrease in blood sugar levels in a person with type 2 DM, with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). The average result before giving 227.93 mg/dl, and after giving 193.47 mg/dl. The aim of study is determine the comparison of gift Buerger Allen Exercise to reduce Temporary Blood Sugar in patients with type I and type II diabetes mellitus at the Kedurang Community Health Center. The method is quantitative with experimental approach. This research design uses a Quasi Experimental design one group pretest-posttest. There were 30 respondents taken by purposive sampling according the inclusion criteria. It is often caused by a combination of two or three conditions, such as chronic bronchitis, emphysema and asthma. There is one main cause and the others are complications of the initial disease. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of respiratory stretching (streching) on increasing oxygen saturation in COPD patients at Harapan and Doa Hospital, Bengkulu City. This type of quantitative research uses a Quasi Exsperiment research design using pre-test post-test. The population in this study were 48 respondents and the research sample amounted to 17 respondents. The Wilcoxon test obtained a p value of 0.00 <0.05 which indicates that there is a significant effect of the effect of respiratory stretching (streching) on increasing oxygen saturation in COPD patients at Harapan and Doa Hospital, Bengkulu City.
