The study was conducted to understand how the participative leadership model applied in</p> <p class="p1">managing and developing the English Language Education Study Program. The data collected through</p> <p class="p1">interviews included the participants' perspectives and experiences regarding participative leadership</p> <p class="p1">practices, as well as their perceptions of its impact on improving the program's quality. The results of data</p> <p class="p1">analysis indicated that the participative leadership model significantly benefited the management and</p> <p class="p1">development of the English Study Program of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu felt actively</p> <p class="p1">involved in decision-making, recognized for their contributions, and given opportunities to collaborate</p> <p class="p1">and participate in curriculum and program development activities. They also reported increased</p> <p class="p1">motivation and engagement in their tasks. However, the research also identified some challenges in</p> <p class="p1">implementing the participative leadership model in the Study Program. These challenges included</p> <p class="p1">effective time management, handling uncertainties, and the need for open and effective communication</p> <p class="p1">between the head of the Study Program, and the lecturers. This research provided a deeper understanding</p> <p class="p1">of the implementation of the participative leadership model in the development of the English Language</p> <p class="p1">Education Study Program at Muhammadiyah University Bengkulu. This study used the descriptive qualitative and</p> <p>quantitative method. This study used 12 English Teachers in inclusion elementary schools of Bengkulu</p> <p>City as puposive sampling. The instruments of this study were interview, questionnaire, and observation</p> <p>checklist. This study used theory by Heward, W.L. (2017) about four things of English Teachers’</p> <p>strategies such as Giving Prompts, Explaining Questions and Answers, and Discussion. The results of</p> <p>the study show that first, almost every English teachers in inclusion elementary schools of Bengkulu</p> <p>city used and implemented strategies from Heward, W.L. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive. The findings reveal that</p> <p>classroom management planning involves preparing and arranging learning tools and instruments. The</p> <p>implementation of classroom management in the learning process is carried out by applying several</p> <p>classroom management principles and approaches.
