The sample in this study was 85 respondents, the data collection method used was Total Sampling. Data collection techniques with observation and questionnaires, data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression.</p> <p>The tcount for the Leadership Style Variable for the Leadership Style variable is 9,305 which means that there is a positive influence between Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT Inti Bara Perdana (IBP) Taba Penanjung Bengkulu Tengah. This study aims to find out how the company's sales were before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Is there a significant difference from the company's operations?. Pinus Merah Abadi Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic can be summarized as follows: 1. In 2019 before the covid-19 pandemic the total sales of PT Pinus Merah Abadi's wafers amounted to 3,929 (million rupiah) with an average annual sales of 327.41 (million rupiah). 2. Whereas in 2020, after the Covid-19 pandemic, PT Pinus Merah Abadi's total sales amounted to 3,554 with an average annual sales of 296.16 (million rupiah).</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; There is a significant difference between the sales of the company PT Pinus Merah Abadi, both before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic. From the results of the research using the different t test above, it is proven that there is a significant difference between sales results in 2019 and 2020. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study was the Sawah Lebar Baru Village Community, Bengkulu City, with the sampling method using the Purposive Sampling method. In the implementation of the research, 110 respondents were obtained randomly. In this study using data collection methods by way of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data that has been collected is then processed using an instrument test, analysis of respondents' responses, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20</p> <p>Based on the results of multiple linear regression, Y = 4.313 + 0.889 (X_1) + 0.404 (X_2). The coefficient of determination R2 contributes 0.626 or 62.6% to purchasing decisions while the remaining 0.374 or 37.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. The test results have been carried out, it can be seen that the brand image variable is thit&gt; ttable (9.936 &gt; 1.659) and (sig α = 0.000 &lt;0.050), lifestyle variable (X2) is thit &gt; ttable (4.152 &gt; 1.659) and (sig α = 0.000 &lt;0.050), obtained Fcount of 88.691 with a Ftable value of 3.08 namely (88.691 &gt; 3.08) and (sig α = 0.000 &lt;0.050). Price X_1 and Free Shipping Promo X_2 have an influence on Purchase Decision (Y), this can be seen in the F test which states the value of F_count&gt;F_table, namely (248,282 &gt; 3.930) and (sig α = 0.000 &lt;0.000), so you can it can be concluded that H_3 is accepted, meaning that simultaneously the Price variable (X_1) and Free Shipping Promo (X_2) have a significant influence on online purchasing decisions (Y). From the results of the research conducted, the research conducted in this study showed that the X_1 price and the X_2 free shipping promo had an effect on online purchasing decisions (Y) for Management Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, users of the Shopee application. Some of the factors that influence turnover intention are job stress and job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this research is all employees of PT Nusantara Surya Sakti (NSS) Bengkulu City. The number of research samples was 63 people. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis obtained multiple linear regression equations as follows: Y = 23.125 + 0.298 X1 - 0.336 X2. The results of the analysis show that partially job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention (tcount = 5.619 and Sig = 0.000) and job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention (tcount = -6.407 and Sig = 0.000). Simultaneously, there is an effect of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention.nIt is recommended to the management of PT. The population of this study were Umb Management Study Program Students Class of 2019. The number of research samples was 64 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that partially the Cash On Delivery (Cod) Payment System has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 6.406 and Sig = 0.004), and Consumer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (tcount = 4.568 and Sig = 0.0023) . This can be seen from the results of research conducted with a path coefficient of 0.591, Services Quality (X2) has an effect on Trust (Y) in using the product. It can be seen from the results of research conducted that is equal to 0.274, Trust (Y) affects Consumer Loyalty (Y1) in using the product. This can be seen from the results of research conducted with a coefficient of 0.383, Brand Image (X1) has an indirect effect on Consumer Loyalty (Z) in using the product. This can be seen from the results of research conducted with a coefficient of 0.638 Services Quality (X2) has an indirect effect on Consumer Loyalty (Z) in using the product. This can be seen from the results of research conducted with a coefficient of 0.205, Trust (Y) to Consumer Loyalty (Y1) for MS Glow products among students at the Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. Sampling uses the Simple Random Sampling technique. to infer the meaning of the data that has been collected. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The number of respondents in this study were 120 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Determination Coefficient Analysis, and Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous Test (f test). The results of the study show that partially the Product Variable Variable has a positive effect on the Purchase Decision Variable, H1 is accepted and Product Quality has a positive effect on the Purchase Decision Variable, H2 is accepted. Based on the results of the research The effect of product and brand community on brand loyalty in the NMAX motorbike community in Bengkulu can be concluded as follows: Product has a significant effect on brand loyalty in the NMAX motorbike community in Bengkulu Brand community has a significant effect on brand loyalty in the NMAX motorbike community in Bengkulu. Product (X_1) and Brand Community (X_2) together have a significant effect on Brand Loyalty (Y) in the NMAX Motor Community in Bengkulu. The problem in this study is whether product quality, taste image, and promotion affect purchase intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality, taste image, and promotion on buying interest in traditional bay tat cakes for consumers of bay tat cakes in the village. Pematang Governor of Bengkulu City, this study used qualitative research methods, the samples examined in this study totaled 100 people and the sampling used the incidental sampling method, the data collection method used observation and questionnaires, the data analysis method used was instrument test. This research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2) followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the multiple linear results obtained for the regression equation Y = 1.561 - 0.020X1 + 0.678X2 + 0.546 X3 the research results show the value of the coefficient of determination shows the value of R² = 0.706. The sampling technique is probability sampling. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS 24 for windows.
