PENGARUH WORK LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DIMEDIASI OLEH KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN MITRA JAYA COMPUTER
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work life balance on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction in Mitra Jaya Computer employees. The sampling method used the total sampling technique. This study was conducted quantitatively descriptively and involved 30 respondents, Mitra Jaya Computer employees. Observation, interviews, and questionnaires were used to collect data, Confirmatory Factor Analysis/CFA, Model suitability test and hypothesis test (direct and indirect effects (mediation test)) were used to analyze the data. This shows that Total Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Mitra Jaya Computer Employee Performance. Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Mitra Jaya Computer Employee Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Mitra Jaya Computer Employee Performance, and that job satisfaction does not act as a significant mediator in the relationship between Work Life Balance and employee performance; however, this indirect effect is not statistically strong enough to be considered significant. The results of the mediation test show that Work Life Balance can increase job satisfaction, but does not significantly affect employee performance through job satisfaction.
