Abstract

The influence of the promotion that is given makes the arrival of consumers increase so that it affects sales turnover. This study aims: to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions at PT. Sutan Kasim Bengkulu City Branch. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Sutan Kasim Bengkulu City Branch. the sample is 50 consumers of PT. Sutan Kasim Bengkulu City Branch. Based on the results of research on the Effect of Promotional Strategies on Purchase Decisions at PT. Sutan Kasim Bengkulu City Branch, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1). For the place of research, it is hoped that PT. Sutan Kasim to continue to maintain promotions in order to maintain consumer purchasing decisions because more consumers who buy will increase business income. 2). It is hoped that PT. Sutan Kasim in order to maintain consumer purchasing decisions so that turnover does not decrease.3). For academics, PT. Sutan Kasim pays attention to promotion variables because they have more influence on purchasing decisions.
