WORK-LIFE BALANCE EFFECT ON NURSES JOB SATISFACTION (CASE STUDY AT DR. M. YUNUS BENGKULU HOSPITAL)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on nurses' job satisfaction at Dr. M. Yunus Regional General Hospital, Bengkulu. This is a quantitative descriptive study. The study population was nurses at Dr. M. Yunus Regional General Hospital, Bengkulu. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used were simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination (r2), and hypothesis testing (t-test). Based on the research results and discussion regarding the effect of work-life balance on nurses' job satisfaction at Dr. M. Yunus Regional General Hospital, a significance test concluded that work-life balance significantly influences job satisfaction. The better the work-life balance experienced by nurses, the higher the perceived job satisfaction
