Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital banking services on customer satisfaction through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Digital banking services have become an important component in the financial industry, providing convenience, efficiency, and accessibility for customers. However, the success of implementing these services is greatly influenced by the level of customer satisfaction. This study collects and analyzes relevant scientific articles from various databases to identify factors that influence the relationship between digital banking services and customer satisfaction, such as service quality, security, trust, and user experience. The results of the study indicate that reliable, secure, and easy-to-use digital banking services significantly increase customer satisfaction. These findings provide insights for banking institutions in designing digital service development strategies that focus on customer needs and expectations
