Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the personal selling system for murabaha products at BMT Al amal Bengkulu City, as well as to determine the role of employee skills training and personal selling performance in measuring the success of selling murabahah products. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, the data sources are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the BMT Al Amal cooperative does not have specific training and development, however, in improving employee skills in personal selling, BMT Al Amal applies a series of aspects to improve personal skills. In measuring the success of personal selling in selling murabahah products, performance includes sales volume, level of customer satisfaction, measuring how many customers buy the product and improving performance over time.
