CRIMINOLOGICAL REVIEW OF THE PERPETRATORS OF THE CRIMINAL ACT OF FALSE TESTIMONY

Abstract

The science of law in general and its practice often raises problems relating to the existence of the rule of law and the effectiveness of the rule of law by highlighting the effectiveness of the law to be achieved.
