Abstract

The objective of this research is to evaluate how the n rapikon-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) program is executed in Bangun Village by focusing on the accuracy of targeting, mechanisms of service delivery, and the effectiveness of data management via the SIKS-NG system. A qualitative methodology was adopted, which included comprehensive interviews with the Welfare Affairs Officer and the Village Head, observations in the field, and analysis of documents related to digital recipient data. Results show that the processes for verification and validation are carried out through a mix of electronic registration alongside assessments conducted by village authorities. The village is crucial in maintaining data reliability, handling grievances, and working with BPNT facilitators to rectify data issues. Nonetheless, the SIKS-NG system only presents data from the current year, which restricts the village's capacity to assess the long-term continuity of beneficiaries. Therefore, while the BPNT is implemented in accordance with operational guidelines, it still encounters structural issues due to the limitations of the information system
