Analisis Power Interest Grid dalam Penanggulangan Abrasi Pantai di Kepulauan Banyak

Coastal abrasion in the Banyak Islands threatens the sustainability of the environment, infrastructure, and livelihoods of coastal communities. This erosion accelerates land loss and damages coastal ecosystems caused by ocean waves, human activities, and the extraction of coastal materials. This study examines stakeholder involvement in addressing coastal abrasion in the Banyak Islands. This study used a qualitative approach through observation, documentation, and semi-structured interviews with various informants including the Aceh Singkil Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), village heads, sea commanders, fishermen, and local communities. The analysis was conducted using the Power-Interest Grid framework, which is useful for mapping the roles and influence of each stakeholder. The mapping results show the BPBD as players (high power and interest), the community and fishermen as subjects (high interest but low power), and the sea commander as context setters. The most impacted communities and fishermen have low levels of power, so their participation is suboptimal.
