Peningkatan Pengetahuan Asi Ekslusif pada Ibu Menyusui di Puskesmas Pekik Nyaring Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah

Pemberian ASI eksklusif merupakan faktor penting dalam menunjang kesehatan dan tumbuh kembang bayi. Namun, masih banyak ibu menyusui yang belum memiliki pemahaman yang cukup terkait manfaat dan praktik ASI eksklusif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu menyusui tentang ASI eksklusif melalui edukasi menggunakan media leaflet dan penyuluhan interaktif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Pekik Nyaring, Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah, dengan melibatkan 25 orang ibu menyusui sebagai peserta. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pre-test, penyampaian materi edukatif, diskusi, dan post-test untuk mengevaluasi perubahan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan peserta, di mana pada pre-test hanya 16% yang memiliki pengetahuan baik, meningkat menjadi 80% setelah kegiatan. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukatif sederhana namun sistematis dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran ibu menyusui mengenai pentingnya ASI eksklusif.
