Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service, impulse buying and the correlation between service quality and impulse buying at Toko Mantan Karyawan Bengkulu. The population in this study were all customers who came to shop at Toko Mantan Karyawan Bengkulu. Because the number of the population is not known, then the sample is taken using the accidental sampling technique. The number of samples set is 90 respondents. The collection technique used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used Pearson's product moment correlation. The results of this study prove that the quality of service at Toko Mantan Karyawan Bengkulu is in the good category and impulse buying is in the high category, and there is a correlation between service quality and impulse buying.
