It also affects buying and selling activities, and reducing people's purchasing power to the market becoming deserted. This study aims to know the effect of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Economic Activities of Modern Traditional Markets in Bengkulu City seen from sales turnover before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The sample in this study is 30 clothing traders in Modern Tradisional Market Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques was done through observation and documentation. The analysis technique used is Paired sample t-test. The results showed that the Covid 19 Pandemic caused a significant difference between turnover before and after the Covid 19 Pandemic at the Modern Traditional Market in Bengkulu city, this was proven by the t test results that shoes a significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. This means that H0 is rejected and Hais accepted. The population and sample in this study were all elementary school teachers in Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province, totaling 161 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression. These factors have affects on company performance, such as work discipline and motivation. This study aims to examine how the work discipline and motivation towards perfomance of employees at local water company of Bengkulu City. The respondents of this study were 67 employees of local water Company, which data collection techniques by using simple random sampling. For data collection techniques were through observation and questionnaires. While for data analysis techniques by examining its multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicated that there were coordination between discipline and motivation as shown from its multiple linear regression, Y = 4,451 + 0,510 X1 + 1,103 X2. This obtained there was the increase from its coefficient of determination or R Squard (R2) = 0.809 that is equal to 80, 9%, while its remaining 19.1%, was influenced by other variables, not in this study. Furthermore, work discipline and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on performance of employees, with value (sig) 0,000&lt;alpha 0.05. The population in this study were all customers who came to shop at Toko Mantan Karyawan Bengkulu. Because the number of the population is not known, then the sample is taken using the accidental sampling technique. The number of samples set is 90 respondents. The collection technique used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used Pearson's product moment correlation. This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy carried out by the company in improving consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used is descriptive analysis by using a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques in the form of documentation, interviews, observations, This study also uses a SWOT analysis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that in running its business, CV Central Electro has implemented a marketing strategy in the company. The type of this research used survey research with quantitative descriptive method. The population of this research was the Yomci Shop customers as many as 80 people as the sample of this research that taken by using accidental sampling. The data analysis techniques of this research used analysis of respondents' responses, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the research indicate the effect of product knowledge toward buying interest of second-hand clothes at the Yomci Shop shop. It is proved by the regression equation Y = 4.362 + 0.535 (X) and the results of the termination coefficient (R<sup>2</sup>) is 0.406 or 40.6%. The remaining 0.594 or 59.4% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research. This research used a qualitative method. The sample of this research was 105 consumers of PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban branch of Hulu Palik sub-district, North Bengkulu that taken by using accidental sampling technique. The data was collected by using instruments such as observation and questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using </em><em>multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. </em><em>The results of the research show that Service Quality (X1), Product Quality (X2) and Consumers’ Satisfication (X3) have a simultaneous effect toward Customers’ Loyalty (Y) at PDAM Tirta Ratu Samban Branch Hulu Palik North Bengkulu. The population of this study were residents of the panoramic village, which amounted to 100 people. The sample of this study was taken by using the purposive sampling techniques. The data was collected by using questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using a test instrument(test validity and reliability), analysis of classical assumptions (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 3.698 -0.568 (X_1) + 0.242 (X2) + 0.724 (X3) + 0.489 (X4). Which means if the variable price (Xl), product reviews (X2), convenience (X3), security (X4) consumers’ loyalty (Y) are equal to zero, then the variable consumer loyalty will remain at 3.698. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.582 or 58.2% which means that together the variables of price, product reviews, convenience and security give effect toward consumers’ loyalty, while the remaining 0.418 or 41.8% is influenced by other variables that are not included. in the research model. The results of the t-test for the price variable show the value (X2) t_hit&gt;t_(α/2) (5.227 &gt; 1.984) and (sig = 0.000 &lt; 0.050). It states that the price has a negative effect toward consumers’ loyalty (Y). The review variable product (X2) shows the value of t_hit&gt; t_(α/2) (2.045 &gt; 1.984) and (sig = 0.044 &lt; 0.050). It states that there is an effect of Product Reviews on Consumers’ Loyalty (Y), the convenience variable (X3) shows the value of t_hit&gt;t_(α/2) (7.280 &gt; 1.984) and (sig = 0.000 &lt; 0.050). It states that there is an effect of convenience on consumer loyalty (Y), the security variable (X4) shows the value of t_hit&gt;t_(α /2) (4.228 &gt; 1.984) and (sig = 0.000 &lt; 0.050). It states that there is an influence of convenience on consumer loyalty (Y). Sandabi inda sustainable. And to find out which factors are the most dominant in influencing employee productivity.This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique in this research is saturated sampling as many as 126 employees of the factory division of PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari.Based on the results of data analysis, the results show that: 1) Partially the variables of Health, Safety (K3), Work Discipline, and Work Incentives, on employee productivity at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari. As evidenced by tcount&gt; ttable (2.241&gt; 1.657) and tsig &lt;α = (0.027 &lt;0.050), tcount&gt; t table (5.321&gt; 1.657) and tsig &lt;α = (0.000 &lt;0.050), tcount&gt; t table (3.666&gt; 1.657) and tsig &lt;α = (0.000 &lt; 0.050). 2). PT. Pesona Alam Sinergi is a company that sells subsidized housing, the company PT. This Natural Enchantment of Synergy has been established since 3 years ago or in 2019. In carrying out marketing activities, a company has several goals to be achieved, both short-term goals and long-term goals. In the short term usually to win the hearts of consumers, especially for newly launched products. Meanwhile, in the long term, it is done to maintain existing products in order to continue to exist. In general, to understand the concept of marketing strategy, it is necessary to introduce an understanding of the concept of marketing strategy.  Based on the SWOT analysis for Internal factors, a score of 3.03 was obtained for the strength factor which had the highest score was "experienced development" with a score of 0.77, and for the weakness factor which had the highest score was "the facilities provided were incomplete" with a score of 0.44. Then the IFE result value is 3.03. Based on the SWOT analysis for external factors, a score of 2.74 was obtained for the opportunity factor which had the highest score was "a large target market" with a score of 0.80. And for the threat factor that has the highest score is "increase in material prices" with a score of 0.50. And the marketing strategy used is business to business (B2B) to maintain their sales. Water Muring District Putri Hijau North Bengkulu Regency. The data used in the research in the form of primary data obtained from interviews and observations to verification dept head pt. Muring Water District Of Putri Hijau North Bengkulu Regency.</p><p>PT Air Muring is one example of a corporate company listed in the directory of industrial companies under the Ministry of Industry as a company whose business commodity is Ribbed Smoke Sheet (RSS), which produces processed natural rubber products in the form of sheets that are popularly used as the main raw materials of various rubber industries. Based on the results of observations, interviews and analysis of documents related to the company's working mechanisms, shows that the governance of financial management &amp; marketing of Rubber Products of PT Air Muring has been running in accordance with ideal business activities, namely the application of companies to sell to where the corporation has quality products both in the national and international sphere and Better place to work, namely the corporation acts as a good place to work and getting a decent income is good for the company's top brass, especially for severe laborers. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan BPRS Adam Bengkulu yang terdiri dari Bagian Staff Umum &amp; Personalia serta <em>Customer Service.</em> Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran yang dilakukan manajer personalia dalam meningkatkan kinerja <em>customer service</em> adalah dengan program pengadaan, pelatihan, evaluasi, pemeliharaan dan pemberian kompensasi. Untuk pelatihan, perusahaan belum mampu melaksanakan pelatihan mandiri. Dari awal berdiri hingga saat ini BPRS Adam masih mengikutsertakan karyawan ke pelatihan-pelatihan yang diadakan oleh instansi lain. An industry (<em>furniture</em>) is an industry that processes raw materials or semi-finished materials, rattan, and other natural materials into finished goods that can be called <em>furniture, </em>which has high added value and benefits. The method of data collection involves using interviews and observations on simple furniture. The strategic planning method uses the SWOT method to determine the <em>strengths</em>, <em>weaknesses</em>, <em>opportunities</em>, <em>and threats </em>in the furniture business. This analysis involves determining the specific goals of the furniture business and identifying the supporting and non-supporting internal and external factors to achieve that goal. In terms of strength and opportunities<em>, it</em> is clear that the furniture business can still thrive with the amount of cleared land to be used as housing.
