HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN REMAJA TENTANG COVID-19 DENGAN KEIKUTSERTAAN VAKSINASI COVID-19 DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KOTA BARU

Abstract

Knowledge of Covid-19 vaccination is also the most important domain in shaping behavior. Community participation in breaking the Covid-19 chain is an obligation that must be carried out by the community, therefore knowledge about Covid-19 must be understood, the application of Health protocols and carrying out Covid-19 vaccinations are the right actions with the aim of reducing transmission in the community in the hope that there will be no another new case emerged. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and participation in the covid-19 vaccination by using a cross sectional design with purposive sampling technique, samples obtained as many as 172 clients. Bivariate analysis using chi square test. The results of the analysis obtained p value = 0.001, which means that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and participation in the covid-19 vaccination. In conclusion, the level of knowledge of adolescents about the Covid-19 vaccine in the working area of ​​the Kota Baru Health Center, Lebong Regency, was mostly good and most had carried out dose 2 vaccination.
