PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, KEMAMPUAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA (BSI) BENGKULU

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Compensation, Work Ability and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of compensation, work ability and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu.

This study uses quantitative methods and data collection by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu collected as many as 50 people and sampling using the total sampling method. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 6.784 + 0.1,080 (X_1) + 0.319 (X2) + 0.482 (X3) . This equation can be explained by the positive influence of each independent variable, namely Compensation (X1), Work Ability (X2) and Work Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) and the coefficient of determination R^2 = 0.868 or (86,8%) through testing hypotheses together (simultaneously) and individually (partial) in this study using the f test and t test, namely Compensation (X1), Work Ability (X2) and Work Environment (X3), = 0.000 meaning that fsig value < 0.050 indicates significantly together and have a significant effect.
