Abstract

Plantations play a role in national development, especially in improving the welfare of the people. This type of research is field legal researchby conducting a case study at the Seluma Resort Police Headquarters. Primary data sources through interviews with several Seluma Resort Police officers. Secondary data in the form of legislation related to the crime of theft of plantation products. Data collection methods with observation and interviews. Data analysis method with Qualitative approach with descriptive analysis with deductive analysis technique. Research results: A). Law enforcement;. 1.Repressive Action (Countermeasures) in the form of; Investigation, Investigation, Arrest, Detention, Confiscation, Submission of Case Files. 2.Preventive Action (Prevention) in the form of; Counseling, Patrol, Partnership, Education and Training, Coaching. B). Obstacles to law enforcement; 1. Lack of public awareness, 2. People do not take part in protecting the land, 3. Lack of mutual relations between community partnerships, 4. Lack of coordination between landowners and officials.
